Disgraceful business. Has had reviews stating the same deleted somehow. Provides 0 service, outsources everything on airtasker app and does not have their own cleaners. DO NOT use this company, they’ll charge thousands and then provide service that is on par with what my dog could do. Notice how every single review is either 7 months or three years old? Posted on the same day each time, they’re all clearly fake and I wish I had looked into this prior. Disgusting service and shockingly run company. I’ve lodged with ACCC as refund has been refused despite house being in worse state than when cleaners arrived.
I booked these guys in because their reviews were excellent! They promise in their ad that if your real estate isn’t happy that they will come back! I paid quickly and organised a date with them and they came out on the day. My realestate did a final exit report and took pictures of a few things the cleaners missed like window tracks and dust in corners and asked if the bond cleaners could come back to rectify! When I tell you I rang and emailed and messaged and rang and emailed again with no reply from these guys I was pissed!!! $1100+ and no communication!!! I’m a business owner myself and take so much pride in my work, so when customer care is like this, no wonder this world has gone to the dogs! Where are peoples integrity??? This matter will come back to bite them soon when it goes to dispute. I will never trust a positive review ever again!

What type of cleaning do you specialize in?
We specialize in Bond Cleans and Commercial Cleans.
How do you determine your rates?
BOND CLEANS: We are proud to be able to offer you the opportunity to build your own Bond Cleaning Package that is customized to reflect exactly how many bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, kitchens etc. your home has so that you’re not overpaying. When building your package, you’ll be able to see exactly how much we charge for each area of the property so that you have full control of how much you want to spend on a Bond Clean.
COMMERCIAL CLEANS: We tailor each Commercial Clean Proposal to our Client’s needs. Usually we have set rates based on the square meters of the property however, the quote may also vary based on the number of cleaners, number of hours per clean, number of days per week that cleaning is required etc. Ultimately we work with you to create a Proposal that works best for your business needs
Is your business insured?
Yes, definitely. We have Public Liability Cover for your peace of mind.
What kind of cleaning products and tools do you use?
We use eco-friendly cleaning products because the health of our clients and employees is our top priority. In rare occasions, we may have to use a harsher chemical to get rid of some tougher stains but if our client is strictly against it then we will not use it.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we bring our own supplies and equipment so you don’t have to worry about it.
Do you provide a Bond Clean Guarantee?
- Our Bond Clean Guarantee means that we will return free of charge to rectify any issue the Managing Agent has with the cleaning (under governance of the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Act 2008) provided by Us within the bounds of these Terms and Conditions and our Inclusions and Exclusions.
- Our Bond Clean Guarantee only applies to the Service You have engaged Us for. For instance, if You engage Us for a Bond Clean but not a carpet clean then Our Guarantee only covers the Bond Clean. Carpets would be excluded from our Bond Clean Guarantee.
- Our Bond Clean Guarantee does not include certain items. Please see our Bond Cleaning Inclusions and Exclusions for a complete list of the Service items. For instance, Ceilings, Garage walls or deep stains that require a professional third party to clean are not included in the Bond Clean Guarantee.
- A re-clean will only be applicable upon receipt of a report from the Managing Agent clearly listing the problems with the clean along with the images.
- All Customers acknowledge that our Bond Clean Guarantee is only applicable if you contact us within 5 calendar days of the performed Service.
- We do not guarantee for natural events occurring over time. Items such as (but not limited to) settled dust, water marks, open windows, doors etc. An empty house can accumulate dust very quickly and is susceptible to dead insects and alike. We do not guarantee anything arising from these events including all aspects of the Bond Clean Guarantee.
- The Bond Clean Guarantee is deemed null and void if the property does not remain vacant after our cleaners have cleaned the premise. The only exceptions to this clause is if carpets are cleaned by a qualified carpet cleaner authorised by Us or you have an agreement in writing from Us.
